At A Glo Spa & Salon, sustainability isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a core part of who we are. As a Green Circle Certified Salon, we’re committed to reducing waste and making eco-conscious choices every day. But during Earth Month, we go even bigger, raising awareness and funds to support one of the causes closest to our hearts: clean water access through charity: water.
In 2024, we set a goal of raising $4,000 for charity: water—and thanks to your incredible support, we surpassed it by bringing in $5,500! This year, we’ve raised the bar even higher with a new goal of $6,000, and we’re thrilled to share that we’ve already passed last year’s goal—before April even began!
How You Can Get Involved This Earth Month
We’ve created fun and meaningful ways for you to support charity: water while treating yourself (or someone you love):
1. Limited Edition AVEDA Botanical Repair Bond Building Styling Crème
• 100ml limited edition size – $27
• $15 from every sale goes directly to charity: water
• Strengthen your hair while supporting life-changing clean water projects.
2. Candles for Clean Water
In collaboration with Restoration Candle Company, we offer beautifully crafted candles year round:
• $10 donation = Small Candle
• $20 donation = Medium Candle
• $30 donation = Large Candle
• All profits go directly to charity: water
3. Earth Month Raffle – “Give Water, Win Big”
Support clean water access and enter to win one of several incredible prizes valued from $100 to over $260:
• 1 ticket = $5
• 3 tickets = $10
• 8 tickets = $20
• 100% of raffle proceeds go to charity: water
• Winners will be drawn the first week of May and contacted by phone.

Our Everyday Commitment to Sustainability
Supporting global change starts with action at home. Since becoming a Green Circle Certified Salon, we’ve diverted beauty waste from landfills through responsible recycling and repurposing. Since February, we’ve saved 148 lbs of beauty waste—and counting!
We also use VISH, a smart color management system that helps us accurately measure and mix hair color. This not only ensures beautiful, consistent results for our guests, but it also significantly reduces hair color waste. With VISH, we’re minimizing excess product use, keeping our environmental impact low without compromising quality.
